General Warranty Policy

Sea Choice/ Siam Choice products undergo rigorous testing to ensure that your trusted travel companions meet stringent standards. Therefore, if a problem arises with the product due to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, Sea Choice/ Siam Choice will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product according to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. The warranty specified here applies only to the initial purchaser of the product or the gift recipient. The warranty period and applicable product names are detailed in the warranty document enclosed with the product and/or listed in the product features on our website.

The warranty described here covers only manufacturing defects and does not include any damage caused by misuse or unreasonable use, improper care, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or improper handling by carriers (such as airlines); nor does it cover any cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, stains, color changes, or other non-functional changes in appearance.

Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded. Labor costs and damages resulting from work performed by anyone other than an authorized service center are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranties provided here are limited to the value of the product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. The purpose of the product lock is to prevent accidental opening and may not necessarily prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access by airline or airport personnel or government authorities. Please inspect your product immediately after handling by anyone other than yourself. If damaged during transportation, submit a claim to the transportation company at the destination (which is insured for damaging your product) whenever possible.

While any company can perform maintenance or repairs on your product outside the warranty period, Sea Choice/ Siam Choice requires that you only use authorized platform official authorized retail stores for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrect maintenance or repairs will void this warranty.

When seeking warranty service through relevant platforms, you will need to provide the original purchase receipt. The platform will determine if the issue falls within the warranty coverage of Sea Choice/ Siam Choice. If warranty coverage applies, you will be informed whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If a product replacement is necessary and the product is no longer available, Sea Choice/ Siam Choice will substitute it with a product of similar value.

Our warranty is intended to provide you with specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may have other rights that vary by state or country concerning the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, and repair and replacement. Therefore, the specific limitations or exclusions contained in this warranty may not apply to you.
